Post-Holiday Smoothie

1 cup water

½ cup yogurt

¼ cup cranberries

2 Tbl cinnamon

2-inch nub fresh ginger

5 leaves of kale, washed and stripped from their stems

1 tsp vanilla bean paste



A good way to ease into a new year of healthy eating while letting the holiday flavors stick around a bit.
