Lickity Split Chocolate Pudding
Here is a quick pudding recipe to use up any leftover custard from the Custard Apple Pie recipe posted a few days ago, in case you feel like you need more chocolate pudding in your life.
1 cup custard
½ cup dark chocolate chips.
Place everything in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat. Stir constantly, so as not to burn the custard. When the chocolate is melted and the mixture is cohesive, cool the pudding slightly before pouring into a ramekin or fancy wine glass.
Refrigerate until cool, or eat while warm if it’s a chocolate emergency.
Delicious with whipped cream on top. Also with cinnamon stirred in.
