This is a great time to start off the Fall season right!
Instead of waiting for New Year’s Day to jump-start your fitness plans, try cutting off the bad habits before they begin.
This is my first true Sober October and I’ll be celebrating with health and fitness goals like these:
No Alcohol for the month of October
Walk or Jog at least 20 miles per week
Have a micronutrient smoothie 5 days per week
It seems simple enough, but I’ll post some encouraging recipes this week that should help along the way.
