Pinterest Fail: Cheese Pops
I don’t know what it is about these cheese pops, but I can’t get them right.
The instructions are very simple:
Cut cheddar into cubes
Dry cubes out on the counter for 48 hours
Bake cubes at 400F for 3-5 minutes until they “pop”
I’ve tried this method as well as drying the cheese in a dehydrator for extra dryness, and all I get are melted cheese puddles.
They are delicious melty cheese puddles, but I want crunchy cheese bits!
What am I missing here?
