Lion’s Mane Mushroom Steaks
1 Tbl avocado or coconut oil.
Salt and pepper
Lions Mane Mushroom
Take off a ½” to 1” slice from the lion's mane and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat a nonstick pan with your oil of choice to medium-high heat.
Sear the mushroom steak on both sides for about 5 minutes. You should see a nice deep golden brown before you flip to the second side. The mushroom slice will shink significantly.
Enjoy with hot sauce or Worcestershire!
