Chocolate Shake

8oz water or milk

1 scoop of protein powder

Pinch or two of instant espresso powder

1 Tbl cocoa powder

3-4 Frozen avocado chunks

4-5 ice cubes

Pinch of salt

Splash of vanilla


  • Dump all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.


Enjoy as a meal replacement or snack anytime!

The espresso powder gives the chocolate flavor a rich boost, and can give your brain a boost as well ;)
